Take me out to the ballgame!

Now back to our vacation coverage with day 4…

Take me out to the ballgame!  After a rain shower and a gorgeous rainbow it turned out to be a beautiful evening to take in a baseball game.

We had a wonderful family outing with Grammy and Poppy…

…and Uncle Jay and Aunt Julianne.

Huntington Park is a nice ballpark.  I would have to say there isn’t a bad seat in the venue and it’s always clean.

Abby likes to wear her sunglasses upside down. 

It turned out to be a cool evening as one can see from Gavin’s hood up.  I wore a sleeveless shirt and bought a sweatshirt, as did my brother in law.

Abby was adamant about not wearing the sweatshirt we brought for her.  We’d put it on her and she’d take it back off.  She’d say she wanted to wear it and then take it off again.  Instead she snuggled up with daddy when she wasn’t sitting with Grammy and Poppy.

Abby didn’t want to leave the game.  She kept saying “No go!”  But, it was getting late and the game was nearing the end. 

We had a great evening and another successful day of vacation fun!
