A movie and a growing girl

We took Gavin to the movies to see Cars 2. He asked for the biggest popcorn we could get.

I’d say he got the biggest popcorn we could buy.

Delish!

He must have really enjoyed that popcorn! Mom and dad had some too so to be fair, he didn’t eat the entire thing alone. But you can guess who did not want much dinner that night!

Abby stayed home with Aunt J and Uncle Jay. She had a good time providing entertainment as usual.

Speaking of Abby, she’s been feeding herself for quite a while but she’s recently wanted to use spoons and forks.

One does not dare to try and feed her. She will only feed herself.

This is one messy process but it makes her feel like a big girl.

Just a couple short weeks after the photos of her and her yogurt were taken, she moved into the booster seat! She loves sitting at the table. Sneaky girl uses her placemat to push under things on the table and pull them closer to her. The times sure are changing around here! We are excited to watch the kids grow and learn new things even though it is a little sad to see their baby years slip away so fast.
