This is a post with a mish-mash of things. It'll get us caught up to present time. Below this blog you will find the last Florida blog. Enjoy both.
On April 2 we took Gav to the Zoo. Here he's combing the goats in the petting zoo area.
Apparently the polar bear sculpture was thirsty.
On April 7 I thought it would be fun for Gav and I took bake cookies. Here he is stirring the dry ingredients.
Enjoying the yummy treat!
On April 10 we colored eggs. Here's Gav playing with Brandon while I was getting all set up.
Gavin coloring on his own egg with the wax crayon.
Gav decided he didn't need the wire dipper to dip the eggs in dye. His fingers were blue for a couple of days.
Gav and B decorating eggs.
Gav watching very carefully.
Easter April 12! After church Gav hunted for his eggs and basket. The eggs had Sesame Street characters in them!!! Gav loves Elmo and Cookie Monster.
The Easter Bunny left things in fairly obvious places since he's still a little guy.
Gavin investigating his goodies. Note the little fuzzy tail under the couch in the background. Stormy has been hiding in the couch lately. She gets in through the back and hides out for hours.
Daddy reading one of Gavin's new Elmo books.
On April 17 we went to Milford to see Nana and Uncle Mark. Uncle Mark was in from California. The Theater Guild is planting a tree in honor of my Pop at the Promont House Museum. The dedication is today, April 19, but the tree was planted on April 17 when we happened to be down there!!! While at Nana's she got the call that the tree was being planted. She wanted to put some of Pop's ashes in so we headed over to Promont.
