A new post and it hasn't been over a month!!!

Here's a few of the latest pictures of Gavin!

Down the way from my OB's office is a Buckeye store.  Outside is one of the Brutus statues that can be found around the area.  Gavin always likes to go and touch it.  We finally had the camera with us and took his picture in front of it.  I'm thinking I need to make him a little photo album of his favorite things and him at his favorite places.

The hose man is at it again!  He loves playing with the hose and yes, he knows how to turn on the water.  A few months ago I was inside cooking lunch and I heard the spigot being turned on and off over and over again.  I went outside because I thought maybe Brandon was having a problem with it and I was just praying it wasn't broken.  But, instead of finding Brandon, I found this little fella playing with it.

I don't think Gavin had pumpkin pie last year.  But he's had it now and he LOVES it as you can tell by how he is devouring it in the photo above!

Gavin also likes chips and salsa.  I had made some Pico De Gallo on this night and it was a bit spicy for him with all the jalapenos in it.  Frankly, it was a bit spicy for all of us but tasted oh so delicious that we just couldn't stop eating it.  I regretted it later when I only tasted onions for two days.  Anyway, in lieu of the Pico we gave him some salsa instead.  All we had was medium but he gobbled it up. 

Last weekend I made Mrs. McArty's Oatmeal Cookies and of course my little helper was at the ready.  He dumped in ingredients for me and when the time came he ate chocolate chips.  He loves to eat the chocolate chips.  We also used butterscotch chips.  He wouldn't eat any of the butterscotch chips until he'd had some of the chocolate chips but once he tasted them he wanted plenty of those too.

Lastly, our final pepper harvest of the year.  Looks like we'll be making some more Pico with all those jalapenos.  Yum!!!

I have some photos that are trapped on my cell phone that I need to pull off and hopefully post as well.  At Gavin's last haircut he sat by himself in the chair in a booster seat.  Prior to that, he'd always sat in my lap.  The pictures were so cute!  We also stopped by a local park the other day but didn't have the camera as it wasn't a planned stop but the pictures I got on my phone are too cute.  No other news to report at this point.  We're off to New York soon!

Thanks to the assistance from my husband and his Photoshop expertise, the banner at the top of the page was fixed and the black edging around it is no more.  I still have some page editing to do in terms of the margins and now fixing the box around the banner for a tighter fit.  More changes will be coming although they may not be blatantly obvious to everyone else.
