Over the Moon

Daddy built the kids a rocket ship out of a cardboard box.  They were over the moon.

During the day Brandon had built the actual frame of the ship and the board for the control panel. 

After I got home from work he printed control panel pieces and other graphics to decorate the inside.

“This is so cool, Abby!”

On such a long trip, snacks are a must, especially for Abby.

Abby was pushing some buttons on one of the panels.  She’s good a pushing buttons.

Of course Brody had to come along on the flight.  Who knew there were chocolate Labradors floating through space?  See Mocha in front of the ship?

Abby and Gavin have had fun playing in their ship.  Currently it is out of service for steering wheel repair.  Our little Hulk, Abby, has pulled the steering wheel out twice now.  Apparently I need to reinforce it a bit better!
